The CompTIA CySA+ is a certification for cyber professionals working in a security operations environment tasked with incident detection, prevention and response through continuous security monitoring. It is a vendor independent cybersecurity analyst certification with both hands-on, performance-based questions and multiple-choice to assess candidate’s security analyst skills. The current version of the certification exam is CS0-003 which released in August of 2023.
